Gagne - St. Laurent Wedding Picture Puzzle

This is a family picture taken at the wedding of Adolphe Gagne and Adelaide St. Laurent
(parents of Francis Gagne - whose children were Luke, Matthew, Lauren and Mark).  This picture is significant because it is a combination of both the Gagne and St. Laurent Family (Adolphe and Adelaide were first cousins).  So basically all of our ancestors are in this picture.   Rita and I have gone over the picture and can identify a handful and others based on facts.  I am assuming most of the Gagne family is on the left and St. Laurent on the right.   The date is September 2, 1913 in Winchendon, Mass.   I have listed below facts of each family member that will help you to identify who is in the picture. I have also indicated the ID of the ones I feel are pretty certain.  And here's a question..why do you think most of the St. Laurent ladies are dressed in black?  Je ne sais pas   Also, how old do you think the child #18 is in the bottom right corner?

If you think I've gotten something wrong and have your own guesses.  Please let me know.
